The YMCA of Greater Salt Lake will be hosting its 11th annual Sports Night benefit for kids at the Salt Palace May 1st 2009. The YMCA will be honoring Utah's best athletes and former athletes including; Judge Tyrone Medley and former BYU football coach LaVell Edwards and others. The evening will include a Social Hour, Silent Auction, Dinner, Live auction and presentation of awards to the honorees. YMCA's Sports Night to Benefit Kids is the YMCA's primary fundraiser. Sports Night is hosted by Tom Nissalke, former YMCA of Greater Salt Lake CEO and NBA coach.
This year the YMCA will honor a "Night of Champions " featuring Judge Tyrone Medley and Lavell Edwards.
