Leaders-in-Training (Age 15)
The Camp Roger LIT program is dedicated to transitioning teens into our future leaders. The program provides the opportunity for campers to learning about leadership. During their time at Camp Roger LITs will be learning what it means to be a leader, and the necessary skills and responsibilities involved. The week is structured to ensure half of the LIT’s time is dedicated to leadership development while allowing the other half of their 
time to participate in the camp activities of their choice that they have enjoyed in the past. Leadership development will include participation in teambuilding activities and opportunities to work along side YMCA staff. These experiences will be balanced with the opportunity for LITs to be a camper as well.
